Macaroni Cheese Pizza Recipe
Ingredients Of Macaroni Cheese Pizza
11/3 cups Warm water (105F)
1/4 cup Non dry milk
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 cups Flour
2 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Dry yeast
2 tbsp. oil (for dough)
240 gm. oil (60 gm. per pan)
Pizza Tomato Sauce Ingredients
500 gram fresh ripe tomatoes
1 Tsp. Dry Oregano
1 tbsp. fresh Basil
1 Clove Garlic
1tsp salt
1tsp sugar
¼ tsp. black pepper powder
Blend all these ingredients of pizza sauce till it forms a puree.
Ingredients Of Macaroni Filling
1 cup macaroni
150g beef (minced)
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup tomatoes pure
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. mixed herbs
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 medium onion
2 tbsp. oil
Method Of Cooking Macaroni Filling

Boil water for pasta and add when it starts boiling then add macaroni and cook it till it tender and drain.
Put 2 tbsp.oil into a pan. Add onion and garlic and add minced beef, salt, pepper, herbs and …cook until meat is done. Add tomatoes pure and tomato paste. Cook until sauce thickens.
Serve. One cup pasta per serving with approx. 1 cup sauce.
Cooking Method For Pizza Dough
First of all put yeast, sugar, salt, and dry milk and warm water in a large bowl, stir to mix well. Allow to sit for 3 minutes. Then add oil, flour and stir until dough forms and flour is absorbed and knead for 8 minutes.
Divide dough into four balls.
In four 9" cake pans, put 60gm. of oil in each making sure it is spread evenly.
Using a rolling pin, roll out each dough ball to about a 9" circle. Place in baking pans. Brush the outer edge of dough with oil. Cover with a plate. Place in warm area and allow rising for 45 min to1 hour.
Pizza Preparation

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Spoon 1/2 cup sauce on dough and spread to within 1" of edge and distribute 50 to 60 gm. shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on sauce.
Place toppings of your choice ——Vegetables/chicken / fish / macaroni etc.
Sprinkle again on top with 30 gm. mix cheese and then Cook until cheese is bubbling and outer crust is brown.

Chicken Tikka Boneless 2 cubes
Onion 1
Pizza Dough 1 (10 inch)
Capsicum 1/2
Cheddar Cheese 4 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup
Pizza Sauce:
Olive Oil as required
Garlic 3 cloves
Tomato Puree 1 can
Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
Crushed Red Chillies to taste
Oregano Fresh 1 tbsp
Basil Fresh 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Crushed Black Pepper to taste
Sugar 1/4 tsp
White Vinegar 1/4 tsp

Cooking Directions

Heat oil in a saucepan add the garlic and saute till fragrant.

Now add the tomato puree and cook for a minute then add the tomato paste and salt, pepper and crushed red chillies.

Cook for a minute then add the sugar and vinegar according to taste, then add the oregano and basil and cook for 2 -3 minutes to release the flavors of the herbs.

Lets allow it to cool slightly and then spread on pizza dough.

Preheat oven to 180 C or gas mark 3

Grease a round pan and place the dough in it then add the pizza sauce in the center.

Add a layer of the onion rings, then the chicken tikka chunks along with the capsicum.

Top with an even layer of both the cheddar and mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until cheese has melted and the dough is ready.

Serve hot!

Chicken Pizza


For Pizza dough:
Instant Yeast – 1 tsp
Flour – 3 cup
Salt – ¾ tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Method:
First of all put yeast in 4 tbsp warm water and make frothy, then mix all dry ingredients and then mix yeast and make a dough with warm water, put aside until it has doubled in size.

Pizza Sauce:
Onion – 1 medium
Garlic – 1 clove
Oil – 3 tsp
Tomatoes – 5
Red crushed chilli – ½ tsp
Salt – as taste
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Oregano – ¼ tsp
Method:
Take a pan, put oil and heat it up and put thinly chopped onion and garlic and fry until soft, then put chopped tomatoes, red crushed chilli, salt , tomato ketchup and oregano and mix well and let it cook till tomato mix well and become in tomato sauce form, if you need water, put a bit of water and cook until done, when done apply on pizza base.

For Pizza topping:
Chicken – 300g
Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 1 clove
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Salt – as taste
Mushrooms – as you like
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Mozzarella cheese – as you need
Oregano – ¼ tsp
Pizza sauce – as you need
Onion – 1
Capsicum – 1
Red crushed chilli – ½ tsp
Method:
Take a pan, put oil and heat it up, then put chicken and garlic and fry till chicken becomes in white colour, then put lemon juice and salt and mix well, when water is dry, put mushrooms and fry for 1 min and take it off the cooker, let it cool, then put cheese, red chilli powder and oregano and mix well.
On a floured surface, roll out dough and place on a greased sheet pan. Shape to fill the sheet pan, spread pizza sauce evenly over pizza dough. Sprinkle mozzarella, chicken, onions, capsicum, cheese, and red crushed chilli on top. Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese bubbles in preheated oven 240C, 490F, and Gas mark 9.

About This Recipe

"Pizza topped with chicken, bell peppers, onions and salsa. Another family favorite that has been adapted from a Pillsbury Bake-off recipe. Prep time does not include time to make dough."

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb chicken breasts, skinned, boned, cut into 2 x 1/2 inch strips
1 -2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup thinly sliced onions
1/2 cup green bell peppers, strips
1/2 cup red bell peppers, strips
pizza dough, for 12 inch pizza ( you can use refrigerated pizza crust if you like(I like Pizza Dough #8497 by Steve Sickenberger)
1/2 cup mild salsa
2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet.
Add chicken and cook, stirring frequently until lightly browned.
Stir in seasonings.
Add onions and bell peppers, cook an additional minute or so until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Heat oven to 425°.
Sprinkle pizza pan with semolina flour and press dough into pan.
Pre-bake dough until it is a very light golden brown, about 6 minutes.
Remove from oven and scatter chicken over crust, spoon salsa over chicken, spread vegetable mixture over that, and finally, top with cheese.
Bake for another 15 minutes until crust is golden brown.
